Conditions for Exchange
To facilitate an exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when received, including all attached labels.
Exchange Process
If you happen to receive a damaged or incorrect item from our side, we’re dedicated to facilitating a seamless exchange at no additional cost to you. However, in cases where the exchange is not initiated due to an error on our part, a nominal fee of $24.99 will be incurred by the consumer to cover exchange shipping costs.
